Hello my beauties!

It is time for my monthly love it or leave it post! If you are new to my blog this is where I tell you all about the products I have been loving all month, along with the products that just didn’t work for me. If I happen to mention a product in my leave it category that you personally love I mean no offense at all. Products work differently for everyone, and these are only my opinions from my experiences.

This months post is going to be a long one! I have a LOT to talk about this month. So if you’re interested to hear about my favorites then get a snack, a hot cup of tea, and keep on scrolling!

Love It ❤

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer

I got this primer in one of my Boxy Charm boxes, and I mentioned then that I probably wouldn’t use it. However, I decided to give it another try this month, and I haven’t used anything else! I have really been loving it. It fills in pores, and it makes my skin really smooth. I wish that it controlled my oil more, but other than that it’s great.

Smashbox Studio Skin 15 Hour Wear Hydrating Foundation

I have loved this foundation for a long time. It is my holy grail foundation that no other even comes close to in my opinion! This past month I have stopped testing so many new foundations, and I jumped back into using this one! It just never lets me down. It has good coverage, it gives my skin a flawless finish, and it lasts for hours! I highly recommend this foundation. If you haven’t tried it you need to!

Wet N Wild Photo Focus Foundation

When I wasn’t wearing my Smashbox foundation I was definitely reaching for my the Wet n Wild Photo Focus foundation. This one honestly reminds me a lot of the Smashbox one except it is a lot cheaper! So if you’re curious about the Smashbox one try out the Wet n Wild one because it is a close dupe. The Photo Focus foundation wears beautifully throughout the day, and it gives great coverage. In my opinion it is the best foundation from the drug store. Trust me, try it out!

Coty Airspun Loose Powder

I tried this powder out a long time ago, and then it got pushed to the back of my collection. I started using it again this month when my Laura Mercier powder ran out. In the Coty Airspun powder I actually have the shade Honey Beige rather than the translucent one. I truly love this powder! It sets my makeup, looks flawless and smooth, and keeps me matte all day! The reason I love the Honey Beige shade is because it is cool toned. I can put this over a warm toned foundation, and it helps it match my undertone better. This one is great, and it is affordable!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Matte Waterproof Bronzer

Park Ave. Princess

I tried this bronzer for the first time last month, and it quickly become my holy grail! I have not touched any of my other bronzers since I purchased this one. It is such a gorgeous shade. It is perfect for anyone with porcelain or fair skin tones. It warms up the skin without ever looking orange. It actually warms up the skin while also working as a contour powder. Lately, I have skipped contour, and only used only this bronzer.

Colourpop Smoke N Whistles Super Shock Highlight

I have used this highlight all month! It is a gorgeous cool toned pink highlight, and I love the way it looks on my skin. Lately, I have used this to highlight my cheek bones, my nose, and the inner corners of my eyes. It gives me such a gorgeous glow to the skin. It is perfect for my no makeup makeup days.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade

Soft Brown

I had never been a fan of pomades until I tried this one. I love the way this pomade makes my brows look. I can’t believe it took me so long to try out this product! I haven’t used anything else on my brows since I bought this, and I have never loved my brows as much as I do now.

Colourpop Sand Collection Eyeshadows

As soon as I saw the Colourpop Sand Collection I knew I had to buy it! This collection was limited edition so I’m not sure if it is still available. If it is available the links to each product are in my ColourPop Haul! All of these shadows blend out beautifully, are highly pigmented, and I love how they look. I definitely used these a lot throughout the month to create natural eye looks for day-to-day. I highly recommend any of the Colourpop eyeshadows!

Colourpop Satin Lippy

The Satin lip in the shade Strut was also a part of the Sand Collection! When I saw it swatched I instantly had to buy it because the color was gorgeous! This was the first satin formula that I had tried from Colourpop and I love it! It is very comfortable to wear. I loved this so much that I can’t wait to purchase other colors in this formula!

Nyx Butter Glosses

Anytime that I wanted a gloss to wear this month I reached for one of my Nyx butter glosses! These glosses are one of my favorites! They aren’t long-lasting at all. I have other glosses in my collection that last a lot longer, but I still love the butter glosses. They are so comfortable on the lips! Butter gloss is the perfect name because they feel like butter! I will gladly re-apply these throughout the day because they are so comfortable.

L’Oreal Infallible Blend Artist Foundation Blender

I was super nervous about trying the L’Oreal blending sponge. I am picky when it comes to makeup sponges, and I honestly didn’t think I would like this one. However, once I tried it out I couldn’t stop using it! It quickly has become my favorite sponge to use. I honestly like it better than the original beauty blender. For the past two months I found myself reaching for the L’Oreal sponge over all my other sponges and foundation brushes. I definitely recommend it!

PÜR Cosmetics Blending Trio

The only time I put down my L’Oreal sponge is when I received the PUR Cosmetics blending trio! I am so glad these were included in my Boxy Charm because I love it! I have definitely been putting one of them to good use this month. It’s not my top one, but it is a close second! If you can still get your hands on this trio then don’t miss out! I recommend these sponges as well.

Crown Brushes Kabuki Fan Brush

This one shocks me so much! When I got this brush in my Boxy Charm I was actually disappointed. I have never liked fan brushes because I just never found a use for them. I always liked other brushes more. However, I tried this one out with bronzer and it was love at first use! I haven’t used anything else for bronzer ever since I tried this brush. I can’t believe that I love it so much, but I really do! Just goes to show you always need to have an open mind with new products!

Lush Bath Bombs

This month I have been using Lush bath bombs at least once a week! They are my favorite bath bombs on the market. They are large in size, they fill the room with a nice scent, and they soften my skin. I find it very relaxing to take a hot bath with one of the Lush bath bombs. The past month I have had a lot on my mind, and these have been a key factor in helping me to relax.

The Girl Before by JP Delaney

The stand out book for me the past month was definitely JP Delaney’s The Girl Before! I picked this up as a recommendation based on the fact that I liked the book The Girl on the Train. I am so glad that I did! This is a mystery/thriller/romance type of book. It keeps you on your toes the whole time, and you never know what plot twist will be thrown in next. I finished this book in two days because I could not put it down. If your into mystery books with good plot twists then this one is for you!

Leave it! ⇓

Lush Foundation and Powder

I won’t go into too much detail here since I just reviewed these products. If you missed my review then go check out Lush Makeup: Hit or Miss?. After that post it probably isn’t shocking to see the products here. They didn’t work for me, and I feel that they don’t advertise their products truthfully. I definitely won’t be reaching for these.

Joico Dry Shampoo

I tried out this product for months hoping that I would start to love it. However, I just could not get this product to work for me. I found that after using it my hair still felt and looked oily. Honestly, it made my hair look more oily. That is obviously not what you want your dry shampoo to do. I only wash my hair twice a week so dry shampoo really helps in the days in between washing. This one was expensive, and it didn’t work for me. I won’t repurchase this product.

Makeup Forever Aqua XL Liner

I received this product as a free gift from Sephora when I purchased a Makeup Forever foundation. I tried this out many times, and I could not make it last in my water line. It is really hard to find an eyeliner that will last all day in my water line, and this one definitely did not work for me. It may be a really good product, but my eyes are difficult. So I definitely wouldn’t purchase this one.

That is all for this months Love or Leave it! I know it was definitely a long one, if you stuck with me to the end then comment the word Pineapple down below. You all are the true VIPs lol 😛

Thank you so much for reading. I truly appreciate you taking time to read my opinions. Have a great weekend beauties!
