Pores No More Luminizer Primer by Dr. Brandt
I was excited to see this primer in the box because lately I have been enjoying primers that are less mattifying. I don’t have any luminous primers so I thought this one would be a great one to try. I had heard a lot of good things about it, but I have to be honest it was a bit of a let down for me. I need to test it out more, but the first time I used it I hated how my makeup looked. To be a luminous primer it did not give me a glow. It actually made my skin look a lot dryer than normal. Right now I am not impressed, but I do want to try it out with different foundations to see how it goes.

Brow Power Universal Eyebrow Pencil by It Cosmetics
This product surprised me in such an amazing way! When I first saw it in the box I was sure I would not like it. I personally don’t love brow pencils because I am a powder type of girl. However, this is hands down the best brow pencil I have ever tried!! I love the formula, the color, and the packaging. It applies smooth, it is very easy to get a good shape, and it is long-lasting. I will definitely be using this one a lot! As you can see in the picture the shade is lighter when you use light pressure, and darker with more firm pressure. I do believe this universal shade would work for almost anyone.

Glam Metals Palette by Crown Pro
I am so confused by this palette. When I saw pictures I was excited to get it. Then when I saw other people swatch it I got even more excited. However, I think I got a bad palette. These shadows are not that pigmented, and they also are not very metallic. When a palette has all shimmer shades, and is marketed as a metals palette I expect some intense eye shadows. These were honestly very lack luster. Like I said maybe I just got a bad palette, but I don’t see myself using this one.

Bronze and Brighten Cheek Palette by PÜR The Complexion Authority
Speaking of palettes that confuse me this is definitely another one. For starters this type of intense metallic glow is what I expected from the eye shadow palette, and instead I got it in a face palette. The middle shade I totally understand being this metallic because it is a highlight shade. However, the “blush” and “bronzer” are way to intense in my personal opinion. I would never use these on my face. The bronze shade would make a gorgeous eye shadow so I will use it for that, and I will use the highlight shade. However, I would not buy this palette. I just don’t see this being a useful palette to add to a collection.

Grandelips Hydrating Lip Plumper by Grande Cosmetics
This was another product that shocked me in a great way. I actually really love this product. The packaging is really unique. To get the product to come out you click the bottom of the packaging which I have seen. The unique part for me is the silicone like tip. It is firm enough that it helps the product apply nicely, but it is also soft in a way, Hard to explain, but I really like it. I also love the formula! It claims to be hydrating, and I definitely found that it hydrated my lips. I didn’t see much difference in volume so I don’t think it plumps the lips like it says. However, the fact that it is so intensely hydrating makes it still worth it. It feels like butter on the lips, very smooth, and not at all sticky yet it still lasts a long time. I have been using this a lot since it arrived!
