The Best Face Mask You’ll Find

Hello Everyone!

Welcome back to my quirky corner of the web! Thank you so much for clicking on my page. Man oh man have I been exhausted. This past week was almost too much for me, and I honestly had the laziest of lazy days on Sunday. Sure there were things that I needed to get done, but I just needed a break. So I watched a lot of Youtube and napped all day long! How have you all been? All is well I hope.

Part of my lazy Sunday was also doing some self care. I washed my hair and blow dried it so it felt super soft. I lit some of my favorite bath and body candles, and then I did a face mask. That’s when it clicked that I hadn’t shared one of my most favorite face masks with you guys. So that brings me to today because trust me you need to hear all about this mask!

Don’t forget if you enjoy this content be sure to subscribe to my page so you don’t miss out on future goodies! I truly appreciate it. Now let’s get into it.

So as you probably saw in the photo today I am raving all about the Himalayan charcoal purifying glow mask from The Body Shop. Years ago they had a charcoal mask that I loved, and sadly I don’t believe they make that one anymore. So when I saw this one I thought hey it’s worth a shot, I’ll try it. I am so glad that I did because I am obsessed. Before I tell you why I love it though let’s get into the product information.

In case you don’t know I have normal to oily skin with no sensitivity. My major problem with my skin is enlarged pores. For those reasons I have always been a fan of charcoal masks. I find them to deep cleanse my skin, remove impurities, and reduce the size of my pores. Therefore, this mask caught my attention because it has charcoal in it. I also liked that it had tea tree oil in it because tea tree is really good for acne prone skin.

Now let me tell you, when it says this is a tingly clay mask it is not lying. I felt that tingle on a whole other level. It definitely has a very intense tingle. I personally like that about it, but if you have sensitive skin then I don’t know that I would recommend it. This is the type of mask that you feel working, and it leaves your skin slightly red when you take it off. I like to feel a mask working, therefore, the tingle did not bother me. However I do think it should be noted.

Another thing I love is that it has actual green tea leaves throughout the mask. When you apply the mask they dry in chunks on your face, and then they act as a natural exfoliater when you’re taking the mask off. So first the tingle draws out the impurities in your skin, and then you get to exfoliate your skin as you take the mask off. It is literally the perfect combination. Plus I love that the green tea leaves are safe for the environment. One of the things I don’t like about exfoliaters is the plastic beads. So I like to find options that are safe and harmless for the environment.

The best thing of all is this mask really works! My skin feels squeaky clean after using this mask. My skin is super soft, my pores are visibly smaller, and it leaves me with a natural glow. I like to use this mask at least two times a week, and I honestly notice a difference in the way my skin looks and the way my makeup applies. I wouldn’t use this mask everyday because I don’t feel that it is necessary. However, it is a key piece to my skin care routine now. If you want to see it in action I have a story on my Instagram that I will save as a highlight that you can check out.

As long as you don’t have sensitive skin I 100% recommend this mask to you. It will change your skin!

Have you tried this mask? Let me know your thoughts!

Thank you so much for spending time in my quirky corner. As always I hope you enjoyed this review, and until next time have a wonderful day! Also if you have any content you want to see please let me know! Your feedback is important and very helpful.
